The iGen 20/20 Digital Vision System is one of the newest entries into the burgeoning digital night vision technology segment.

Bristling with digital sensors and software, the iGen 20/20 generates outstanding results at a fraction of the cost of traditional devices that continue to use vacuum tube technology to amplify ambient light

The result of this leap to digital technology is better image quality with high, 30 lp/mm edge-to-edge display resolution. And unlike many Gen1+ devices the iGen produces no photocathode image distortion or screen blemishes. The iGen's digital sensor eliminates bright-spot blooming, halo-effects, dark spots and uneven light patterns

As a true day-night system, the iGen can be used around the clock with no risk of damage. The unit's integrated infrared illuminator automatically adjusts its intensity to match changing ambient light conditions to optimize the image. Further fine-tuning using an adjustable gain control can produce light amplification results that are superior to many traditional Gen2+ devices.

The iGen 20/20 is easily connected by an RCA composite video cable to a videocam for direct recording at frame rates of 2-30 frames per second. And for maximum flexibility you can select either the US-based NTSC output format or the European-standard PAL format.

Digital Image Capture Upgrade
The iGen 20/20 IC is equipped with a standard, secure digital memory card that lets you store images on-the-fly in either JPEG or TIF format. No special software is required to easily transfer your digital images to any computer. Combined with its integrated ¼-inch tripod mount, the iGen 20/20 IC is particularly useful for extended surveillance applications.

Recommended Accessories
One highly recommended option would be to add either a 1-Million or 2-Million Candlepower Infrared Spotlight to your order. Both produce invisible spotlight beams that will extend the high resolution viewing range of your Ranger to well over 200 yards.
