Export Considerations

With one exception, all Gen1+ products can be freely exported. Though products manufactured by Rigel Optics cannot be exported our online catalog recommends comparable exportable products.

Most of our Gen2+ and Gen2+hd products can be exported. Our online catalog highlights the exceptions and recommends comparable products that can be exported.

All of our DEP-Photonis SuperGen, XD4 and XR5ag products can be exported with the appropriate approvals. For each of these products refer to the "Export Sales" section for details on obtaining those approvals.

Gen3 cannot be exported.  Our online catalog recommends comparable products that can be exported.

Export of US-made night vision equipment is prohibited without an export license issued by the US Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms, Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130.
