Night Vision for Hunters
While our line of night vision rifle scopes will of course be of interest to hunters, here's a review of some less obvious products that are definite head turners for serious shooters.
Laser Aiming Dots
Invisible to the human eye, laser aiming dots provide night vision shooters with instant, midrange firing accuracy without eyesight strain. Completely waterproof, they quickly mount and are easily fine-tuned with a reliable windage and elevation fire adjustment mechanism.
Night Vision Lighting
While all night vision rifle scopes are equipped with small infrared diode illuminators, they're consistently under powered and seldom effective beyond 30 feet or so. Powered by the same low-power batteries used by the scope's image tube, most scope illuminators are designed solely for map reading or room-to-room searches.
We can offer two solutions to this problem. Our first would be the addition of a weapon mounted infrared illuminator. Available options include an eye-safe diode-based illuminator with an impressive 100 yard range or a laser-based, non eye-safe illuminator with a range exceeding 200 yards.
Our second solution would be to introduce massive infrared candlepower. Though our line of covert spotlights are not weapon mountable, used in conjunction with your night scope they're very useful when scoping out the target range prior to setting up your shot.
Laser Range Finders
Quick and accurate determination of target distance is critical to successful hunters. Our line of laser range finders will provide you with the kind of accurate range information that's required by bullet shot compensators to consistently place long kill shots on target. No optical range estimator can deliver the same degree of accuracy, range and repeatability.
Thermal Sensors: Tracking Downed Game
While we all look for the perfect kill shot, sometime it just doesn't work out that way. Anyone that's ever spent most of their day searching in vain for an injured animal knows what we're talking about.
Our Heatseeker Thermal Sensor can be a real help on this one. With it you can quickly scan huge swaths of bush for signs of body heat. Because it's the right thing to do, a Heatseeker should be in the kit bag of any hunter you know.
