1 - Can I safely order online?
NightVisionExperts.com has chosen PayPal (an eBay company) to power our secure online shopping cart. Transactions conducted through PayPal's SSL servers are encrypted at 128 bits, the highest level commercially available.

2 - I don't want to use PayPal. Can I use my credit card instead?
Yes you can! Though our shopping cart is powered by PayPal, you are not required to use PayPal. Your credit card will be just fine.
To use your credit card, when you start paying for your order look for the "Don't have a PayPal account?" section (shown below) and click the "Continue" link. When the next page opens start entering your credit card information, just like always.

3 - What are my shipping options and how much does it cost?
You can easily learn all about your shipping options prior to submitting payment. Simply enter the product(s) that you're interested in into your shopping cart, select your country from the drop-down list and enter your Postal Code. A selection of shipping options and the exact cost for each will be presented.

4 - Do your night vision products come with a warranty?
Every product that we sell is covered by a comprehensive one, two or three year manufacturer's warranty. To see the specifics for each product, refer to the "Warranty" section that is listed at the bottom of each of our online catalog pages.
In the event that you do run into a problem with a product during the warranty period we will work on your behalf to expedite your claim with the manufacturer. In the event that your product is out of warranty our repair department can be called on to render a no-cost, no-obligation repair quote for your consideration.

5 - Can I return my purchase if it doesn't meet my needs?
NightVisionExperts.com's satisfaction guarantee allows you to closely inspect your purchase for five days from receipt of your product.
If you wish to return your product within this period, we will refund the value of your purchase less all shipping costs, including ground shipping costs incurred by us for products shipped using our free shipping option and any return costs that might be billed to us as a result of your return. Shipping insurance for the return is strongly recommended – damaged product will not be refunded.
Please contact us by e-mail and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Damaged product and returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

6 - My Purchase or Fleet Card is not being accepted... why?
Our online credit card payment system cannot process Visa or MasterCard Government Procurement and Fleet Cards. PayPal does support these specialized cards.
