1. PayPal
To use your PayPal account to fund your purchase simply add the product(s) your wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then sign into your PayPal account when you start paying for your order. Shopping with PayPal is fast, easy and above all, secure.

2. Consumer credit and debit cards
Though our shopping cart is powered by PayPal, you are not required to use PayPal. You can easily use your credit or debit card will the confidence that you are being protected by PayPal's state-of-the-art security protocols... not even we are provided access to your financial information.
To use your credit or debit card, when you start paying for your order look for the "Don't have a PayPal account?" section (shown below) and click the "Continue" link. When the next page opens start entering your credit card information, just like always.

3. Wire transfers
Using a bank wire you can transfer your payment directly from your bank account to our bank account. As this is a cash transfer there is no holding period though that your bank may charge a nominal fee for this service. We ship immediately on receipt of your funds.

We'll prepare a formal quote with complete wire transfer payment instructions that you can take to your bank to complete the transfer.

4. Checks
Yes, we'll take checks, but be forewarned that this is the slowest payment method - our bank places all checks on hold until they have been cleared. To speed this clearing process, ensure that your check is certified.

NightVisionExperts.com accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard Government Procurement and Fleet Cards.
Our level III reporting generates detailed, line-item statements to help you streamline your period accounting and gain purchasing process efficiencies. 2 - Shipping policies
USA shipments
All shipments include insurance. Orders must be received prior to our shipping deadlines to permit same-day shipping. Shipments are subject to delays beyond our control, including weather, equipment failures and stockouts. We will notify you should a stockout delay the shipment of a product. As couriers operate on a business day basis, weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days. For example, a next day shipment that is picked up on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday.
International shipments
Subject to export considerations, shipments to anywhere in the world are possible. All shipments include insurance. Orders must be received prior to our shipping deadlines to permit same-day shipping. Shipments are subject to delays beyond our control, including weather, equipment failures and stockouts. We will notify you should a stockout delay the shipment of a product. As couriers operate on a business day basis, weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days.
Products shipped to Canada are not subject to duty, though all are subject to 5% GST. Deliveries to all provinces and territories other than Ontario are PST exempt. Ontario purchases are subject to 8% PST. GST and PST (where applicable) are included in your shopping cart quotation. No additional charges will be required on receipt of your shipment in Canada.
International shipment to countries other than Canada may be subject to VAT and import fees which must be paid by the buyer on receipt. To receive an estimate of these VAT and import fees please click here to tell us what product(s) you wish to purchase and your destination country.

3 - Product examination and return policy
NightVisionExperts.com's satisfaction guarantee allows you to closely inspect your purchase for five days from receipt of your product.
If you wish to return your product within this period, we will refund the value of your purchase less all shipping costs, including ground shipping costs incurred by us for products shipped using our free shipping option and any return costs that might be billed to us as a result of your return. Shipping insurance for the return is strongly recommended – damaged product will not be refunded.
Please contact us by e-mail and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Damaged product and returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

4 - Warranty policy
Every product that we sell is covered by a comprehensive one, two or three year manufacturer's warranty. To see the specifics for each product, refer to the "Warranty" section that is listed at the bottom of each of our online catalog pages.
In the event that you do run into a problem with a product during the warranty period we will work on your behalf to expedite your claim with the manufacturer. In the event that your product is out of warranty our repair department can be called on to render a no-cost, no-obligation repair quote for your consideration.

7 - Export policy
NightVisionExperts.com's export policy is in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130. By those regulations the export of US-made night vision equipment is prohibited without a U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls export license and we will not entertain requests to the contrary.
